Kevin L. Betton, Jr., a U.S. Army Chaplain and ordained Elder, has devoted his life to the faithful teaching of Scripture, intentional discipleship, and the development of strong, biblically grounded leaders. With over 17 years of honorable military service, including multiple deployments to Iraq, he brings a unique blend of spiritual depth, real-world experience, and pastoral care to his ministry. Commissioned as a Chaplain in 2019, he continues to serve both God and country by providing spiritual guidance, counsel, and leadership to those in need.
Grounded in rigorous theological training, Chaplain Betton earned his Bachelor of Science in Religion Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity with distinction, specializing in Chaplaincy. His academic excellence is matched by a deep commitment to rightly dividing the Word of Truth, equipping believers with clarity, precision, and confidence in their faith.
Having answered the call to ministry in 2001 and ordained as an Elder in 2007, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for preaching, teaching, and building the Body of Christ. His leadership extends across church, academic, and digital platforms, impacting lives through structured biblical education and practical application of God’s Word.
